RENTAL OF FLATS
- The descriptions and photos of the flats and their interiors in the Albamare catalogue and on the website may be subject to minor variations, which are not binding for contractual purposes and do not constitute grounds for complaint as they are examples.
- The rental contract is only valid for the number of persons indicated on the booking confirmation (including children). For specific requirements, we invite you to make arrangements in advance with the Agency in order to agree on a possible supplement.
- Clients are requested not to change the arrangement of the furniture in the flats rented to them. In the event of any changes being made, guests are requested, at the end of their stay, to reposition the furniture in the same order as at the beginning of the rental period.
- The condominium regulations must be observed, especially during rest hours (1 p.m. - 4 p.m. / 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.). In cases of serious non-compliance with the building regulations, the customer shall be held directly liable.
- The Management declines all responsibility for any theft of or damage to objects left inside the flats.
- Access of pets to the accommodation must be agreed with the Agency at the time of booking.
- The Agency reserves the right, in the event of unforeseen circumstances in the allocation of the flat, to replace it with another with the same characteristics.
- Bookings for groups of children will only be accepted on request and subject to availability. If no notice is given, the Agency reserves the right to assign a more suitable flat.
PRICES AND SUPPLEMENTS
- Prices include: consumption of water, gas electricity and initial cleaning of the flat (excluding the kitchenette by the client).
- Prices do not include: sheets, towels, tablecloths, blankets, final cleaning (two-room apartment € 60.00 - three-room apartment € 70.00 - with pet € 80.00 + € 100.00 deposit) and compulsory tourist tax.
- Bed linen hire service with weekly compulsory change (to be notified prior to arrival) € 20.00 for single, € 20.00 for double.
- Some flats described in the catalogue have air conditioning. It can be used on request at a cost of €50.00 per week, provided that it is used for the entire duration of the stay and specified when booking.
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
- At the time of booking, a deposit of one third of the rent will be required within 10 days, failing payment the reservation will be considered cancelled.
- The balance must be paid on the day of arrival at check-in.
- Should the rented property fail to meet the requirements for personal reasons, the Agency shall not be obliged to refund the deposit for any reason whatsoever.
- The deposit will not be returned in the event of cancellation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
- Upon handing over the keys, a deposit will be requested, which, depending on the type of flat, varies from 100.00 to 200.00 euro. The deposit will be refunded on departure after checking the flat. In case of departure outside office hours the deposit will be sent.
- For groups consisting of young people, the deposit required will be doubled.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
- The stay begins at 4 p.m. on Saturday and ends at 10 a.m. on the Saturday of departure.
- The keys to the flat must be collected and returned exclusively at our Agency (working hours: 09.00 - 13.00 / 15.00 - 19.30; Sundays (summer period only): 10.00 - 13.00 / 17.00 - 19.00): failure to return the keys will however authorise the Agency to return possession of the flat.
- Should the Client be unable to arrive by 7.30 p.m. on the appointed day, he is requested to inform the Agency in advance. If no notice is given, the keys shall be handed over on the following day from 10.00 am. If the same, without prior notice, does not occupy the booked accommodation by the following day, he/she shall be considered to have renounced.
- For early departure or late arrival, there is no reduction in the rent.
COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES
- All holiday resorts listed in our catalogue offer our guests the possibility of using free beaches.
- The Agenzia Albamare S.r.l. can arrange for the booking of beach umbrellas, sunbeds and cabins (subject to the rates set by the Harbour Master's Office).
HOTELS AND GUESTHOUSES
- The Albamare Agency can also book stays at any hotel and/or boarding house in Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto and Villa Rosa, at no extra charge compared to the rates set by these establishments.
PROBLEMS AND COMPLAINTS
- Any negative findings, whether for cleanliness or for any other reason relating to the rented property, must be immediately communicated to the Agency, which will verify the dispute. No claim shall be accepted thereafter. For any dispute the Court of Teramo shall have jurisdiction.
