Keys are withdrawn exclusively in the agency as of 16:00 Saturday of arrival. Return must take place by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
If you plan to arrive after 7.30 p.m., you must let us know: without prior notice, delivery will take place the next day from 10 a.m.
We operate throughout the Abruzzo Riviera, but our headquarters are in Alba Adriatica, Lungomare Marconi 268/B.
How to get there:
- By car: A14 exit Val Vibrata.
- By train: Alba Adriatica station, a short walk from the sea.
- Nearby airports: Pescara e Ancona, both connected by bus and train.
At the time of booking, a deposit of one third of the amount to be paid within 10 days.
The balance takes place in the agency at check-in.
The deposit non-refundable in the event of cancellation or if the property does not meet the client's personal expectations.
Yes. At check-in, a deposit of 100 to 200 €, depending on the type of flat.
For youth groups the deposit is doubled.
The deposit is returned after the final inspection of the accommodation.
The stay starts at 16:00 Saturday and ends at 10:00 the following Saturday.
Arrivals and departures out of hours must be arranged with the agency.
No. Photos and descriptions may be subject to small variations not binding for contractual purposes and do not constitute grounds for complaint.
Included are water, electricity, gas and initial cleaning (kitchenette excluded).
They are not included:
- bed linen and towels
- final cleaning
- tourist tax
Linen is not included.
You can request the rental (with compulsory weekly change):
- 20 € per single set
- 20 € per double set
The request must be made before arrival.
Some flats have air conditioning.
It can be activated upon request at a cost of 50 € per week, for the duration of the stay.
It must be requested at the time of booking.
The properties are furnished and equipped with essential kitchenware.
Depending on the accommodation, there may be a TV, washing machine and air conditioning.
The arrangement of furniture should not be modified; Any displacements must be reinstated before departure.
Yes, but only with prior authorisation agency at the time of booking.
Final cleaning with an animal is subject to a surcharge.
The contract is only valid for the number of persons indicated in the booking confirmation, including children.
Extra guests must be arranged in advance.
Yes, only on request and subject to availability.
Without prior notice, the agency may assign a flat deemed more suitable.
Bail is doubled.
Final cleaning is the responsibility of the customer, unless an extra charge is indicated at the time of booking.
The kitchenette must be always left clean.
Any reports (cleaning, equipment, malfunctions) must be communicated immediately to the agency.
Complaints made at the end of the stay cannot be accepted.
Yes. We can book parasols, sunbeds and cabins at affiliated establishments.
On request we also book hotels and guesthouses in Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto and Villa Rosa, at no extra charge.
